What is Coaching?

A space to slow down, ask questions, and reconnect with your own wisdom.

I offer 1:1 coaching for late-identified gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), neurodivergent, neurocomplex, and queer adults.

My work is informed by my lived experience as a late-identified 2e AuDHD adult, along with social justice, feminist and queer theory, participatory action research, critical pedagogy, and traditions of mutual care and shared power.

What can we explore?

  • Make sense of late identification

  • Question expectations and “shoulds”

  • Build agency and self-trust

  • Explore identity and belonging

  • Rethink how you work and live

You don't need a clear goal. You can bring a question, decision, transition, pattern, or simply a sense that something needs to change.

I bring questions, curiosity, pattern noticing, reflection, and collaborative problem-solving.

The goal is not dependency. The goal is autonomy.

What coaching is — and isn't

Coaching is: reflection, questions, exploration, decision-making, experimentation, and designing possibilities.

Coaching is not: therapy, diagnosis, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, crisis support, medical advice, or clinical care.

If you're looking for clinical or mental health treatment, I am not the right provider for that work.

I use a community-supported sliding scale to increase access.

There are three levels available that offer different ways to contribute based on your current access to financial resources.

The examples in the guide (see image below) are there to help you find the level that feels right. They are not rules, and I trust you to know your own circumstances.

Sliding Scale

Pricing

Sessions Pay It Forward True Cost Community Support
4 Sessions $900 $750 $600
8 Sessions $1,700 $1,400 $1,100

Each session is 50 minutes.

True Cost is my standard rate.

Community Support helps make coaching more accessible when the standard rate would create financial strain.

Pay It Forward helps make Community Support rates possible.

Choose the level that reflects your current access to resources. You do not need to prove your circumstances. The coaching is the same at every level.

Is this a fit?

I keep my practice small and selective.

I review each inquiry to make sure the work is a good fit for what you're looking for and for my current capacity.

This helps me offer sustainable, attentive coaching.

How it works

1. Read about the coaching.
Make sure the scope, pricing, and approach feel like a possible fit.

2. Complete the interest form.
The form comes before the free consultation.

3. I review your form.
I keep my practice small and selective and review each inquiry personally.

4. If it looks like a fit, I'll send you a consultation link.

5. We have a free 15-minute consultation.
We can talk about what you're looking for and whether coaching makes sense.

6. You decide.
There is no obligation to work together.

My pace

I respond at my own pace and based on my current capacity.

Please expect a response within 1–2 weeks.

I don't offer urgent or same-day responses. This is part of how I practice sustainability and resist urgency-based ways of working.

If you need a faster response or immediate support, coaching with me may not be the right fit.
